SWL Oceans mission is to provide specialized labor to plan, supervise and execute marine and floating structures heavy industrial projects. Being a scheduled docking, an unplanned repair or upgrade/ retrofit, we manage all, anytime, anywhere, worldwide.
Our vision is to become a niche leader house in the engineering project management field with a strong focus in marine, dry-dock projects and offshore structures.
People & Background
Antonio da Silva has a strong background within the ship repair business having worked for almost a decade in a major West Africa Shipyard (Namdock) within an ISO 9001:2008 OHSHAS 18001:2007 environment, were, as a project manager, he had the responsibility to deliver projects mainly for the Oil & Gas industry. With more than 200 Dry-dock projects and events, he has worked as superintendent and marine manager directly for the industry majors, Svitzer, CMA CGM and others, he has managed projects for a wide range of worldwide companies leaders in their field, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Tidewater, Bourbon, Seways, ST tankers, Saipem, Oceaneering and many others.
